Every new contract with begins with a structured onboarding process and a free site risk assessment. This allows us to understand the environment, identify risks, and agree clear operational expectations before deployment. Preventing & Combatting Anti-Social Behaviour

At Community Protective Service, all incidents identified or managed by our Support Officers are reported directly to our Incident Management Centre. Every occurrence from low-level nuisance to more serious disruption is formally logged, assessed, and reviewed to ensure consistency, accountability, and appropriate follow-up.

Where required, incidents are assigned to trained investigators for further action. This may include evidence review, intelligence collation, updated assignment instructions and case development to support enforcement, prosecution, or civil recovery through appropriate legal or regulatory channels.

Our Site Officers operate within an intelligence-led framework. Observations, incident reports, patrol logs, and site intelligence are centrally analysed to identify emerging risks, repeat behaviour, or persistent offenders.
