Ben has worked in the security industry since the summer of 2002, gaining extensive experience across frontline and management roles with organisations including Regency Security and Professional Security. He later moved into senior management within a large national logistics company supporting a leading online retailer. Motivated by a desire to raise standards and make a genuine difference, Ben joined our organisation after recognising an opportunity to deliver better services and provide communities with a level of care and professionalism that was not available elsewhere.

Luca has built his career across frontline security, and community safety roles, including work with Professional Security and Kingdom LA Support. Drawing on strong operational and leadership experience—supported by JESIP and NEBOSH training—he brings a practical, proportionate approach to enforcement and public-facing services. Luca founded the company to go beyond traditional security models, creating a community-focused service that delivers higher standards, stronger engagement, and more effective outcomes than conventional security alone, underpinned by robust enforcement knowledge and in-house legal expertise.

Cassidy holds a degree from Oxford in Philosophy, which strongly informs her approach to ethics, fairness, and decision-making. Bringing over six years of experience from the hospitality sector with M&B and Fullers, where she developed strong skills in management, administration, and people-focused operations.

During COVID-19, she played an active role in community response, alongside supporting food banks. Cassidy joined CPS out of a deep commitment to community affairs, morality, and justice, driven by a genuine care for people and a belief that everyone deserves to feel supported, heard, and treated with dignity.
